Get in touch
The best way to reach us is by email: [OWNER TO SUPPLY: public contact email address]. It’s a small team, so replies come from a person who actually works on the site rather than a support queue. We read everything, and we reply to anything that needs a reply.
What we’re especially glad to hear
- Corrections. Found a price that’s moved, a venue that’s closed, a transit detail that’s wrong, or a claim that reads too enthusiastic? Send the page URL and what’s off. Corrections make the site better and we take them seriously — see our editorial policy for how we handle them.
- Questions about our guides. If something in a guide isn’t clear or you want the reasoning behind a call we made, ask.
- Questions about affiliate links or how we’re funded. The full picture is on how we make money, but if anything there needs explaining, get in touch.
- Data and privacy requests. To ask about the data we hold or to make a request under UK or EU data protection law, email us — the details are on the privacy policy page.
A note on what we can’t do
We can’t book trips for you, act as a travel agent, or handle bookings and refunds — those sit with the hotels, tour operators and platforms themselves. If you booked something through one of our links, the seller’s own customer service is the right place to go. We also don’t publish sponsored posts or paid guest articles, so pitches for those will get a polite no.
Otherwise, if it’s about a city we cover or a way to make the guides more useful, we’d like to hear it.
